I have decades of experience teaching voice in professional actor training programs and at the graduate and undergraduate levels in universities in the U.S. and abroad. Many of my students have gone on to have successful careers in theatre, film and television. I have also been the voice coach for over two hundred of professional theatre productions, including on Broadway, on national tours, and at major regional theatres.

Using voice techniques developed by Kristin Linklater and others, I will work with you to find ways to express a wider range of emotions. I can help you overcome habits that may be constricting or injuring your voice. We will work on building your breath support, relaxing your throat, and finding a sound that feels comfortable and authentic to you.

I am also an expert in coaching actors who need a specific accent for a role. If you need to play a character who speaks English with a foreign accent, I can help you achieve that.
